Job Description
The Accountant & Administration Specialist is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Financial:
- Managing cashbook and petty cash accounts on daily basis.
- Establish, maintain and reconcile financial reports.
- Maintain payables and receivables.
- Ensure that the transactions are properly recorded and logged into the computerized accounting system.
- Liaison with company’s Accountant in order to maintain all financial reports and tax returns.
- Prepare taxes reporting
Administrative:
- Plan, organize and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material.
- Organize and supervise other office activities (maintenance, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Schedule, Organize and Assist General Manager in meetings.
Job Requirements
The candidate must have good skills and knowledge in the following areas:
- Bachelor +4
- 1-3 years’ of experience (Minimum)
Finance
- Proper knowledge of government taxes.
- Accounting and bookkeeping skills.
Administrative & Interpersonal skills
- Very good in English
- Male is must
- Priority to the nearest
- Self-motivation, Confidence, Dedication and Patience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- IT skills (i.e. MS-Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet usage, Outlook)
