Job Description
- Receive, coordinate, review and send the new membership documents to the concerned parties and respond to the feedback received from the Data Control Section.
- Preparing and updating the database with new customers
- Record the points' balance and other gifts for customers and issue points' receipt for the customers
- Determine the dates of signing bank checks with customers upon receiving the bank approval and issuing their own reports
- Scheduling appointments for the rejected contracts by the Bank to find a suitable solution
