Job Description

  • handle the work operation against the facilities “ like (Technicians, drivers, location, …etc)
  • Classify the job orders in a sheet and ensure the relevant technician’s signature.
  • Follow up and communicate with customers as per the customer’s availability and the technician’s circumstances.
  • Cancel or postpone the job order according to the customer’s request.
  • Generate daily report indicating the customer’s data and the name of the technician achieved the order.
  • Receive the Customers and present all the required product aspects.

  • From 1-2 Years' experience
  • Attention to details
  • Customer service skills
  • Very good communication Skills
  • Hard Worker
  • Very good user of Ms. Office, Especially Excel
