Job Description

  • Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and center.
  • Assists with complaints, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
  • Performs a variety of administrative support functions for one or more clinics to facilitate flow of patients through the center visit, by providing extraordinary care to patients and customers through friendly, caring, courteous, and professional services and to ensure that our patients feel welcome and comfortable in our centers.
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess clients/patients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of clients/patients interactions, process clients/patients accounts and file documents
  • Opens clients/patients accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains clients/patients records by updating account information.
  • Processing clients/patients’’ orders
  • Professionally process clients/patients service calls
  • Respond to clients/patients questions
  • Resolve clients/patients issues
  • Informing clients/patient’s when results are out
  • Preparing monthly analyzing reports about ups & downs in customer number
  • Take the extra mile to engage clients/patients
  • Receiving the samples and directing them to the right section
  • Keeping track of the samples from the time received till the client/patient received the result
  • Writing the results
  • Digitizing all the hand written documents on the computer.
  • Daily follow up with the direct manager, Weekly reports
  • Full responsibility of the send out samples from filing, paper work, shipping, tracking shipment, receiving samples and delivering them to the clients/patients
  • Liaising with other departments and management
  • Handle the management team meetings and schedules
  • Tracking the logistics
  • Organizing & managing the filing system.
  • Channel between different departments
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
