Job Description
Main Job Duties:

Manage daily operations of the IT department.

Install and configure software and hardware.

Responsible for providing internal department with hardware, software, end user technical support.

Responsible for providing Company staff, with cell phones and USB and paying their bills.

Install, configure, maintain, and control computer systems, servers, hardware devices (printers - Routers - PCs - printers - scanners - finger print machines), software applications, emails, and ERP system.

Continuously checking all of IT systems, including anti-virus updates, print services and email provision.

Maintenance network and servers issues.

Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant Educational Background (Computer Science – Information System).
- 2-5 years of experience in the same position.
- Call Center background preferred.
- Good Command of English.
- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems.
