Job Description
- Managing all the activities of the Tech development team.
- Setting attainable goals to team members in order for the project to be finished on time.
- Providing guidance to team members to encourage work productivity.
- Managing multiple projects at once.
- Ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development.
- Monitoring, evaluating the completion of tasks and projects.
- Analyzing software requirements.
- Implement design plans and Architectural designs, reviews unit tests.
- Reviewing and revising product requirements and specifications.
- Participating in other areas of the software development process.
- Conducting employee reviews/evaluations/KPIs, handling employees’ complaints with their leads.
- Working closely with the leads to make sure the team is on the right track and has what they need to improve.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline is required of a software development manager.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Must also be familiar with a variety of programming languages, codes and processes specially PHP/Elastic/MySQL technology stack
- Experience in managing teams.
