About The Role
- Executing on overall marketing-brand strategy to fulfill necessary acquisition and engagement targets.
- Formulate execution plans for Quarterly marketing campaigns
- Manage execution of campaigns through our various channels (Digital, Social, Physical)
- Brief partner marketing agencies
- Oversee creation of all digital and physical marketing content to ensure it aligns with the overall product and brand strategy of Careem.
- Oversee indirectly offline campaigns with Marketing Operations team to ensure overall success
- Receive and process briefs as the in house marketing function for Careem Bahrain team
Key Performance Indicators:
- Budgeted VS Spent for Quarter
- User Acquisitions Metrics: Sign ups, Activation, First Trips, New Users, Cost of Acquisition, CPFR
- Campaign Success Rate (Campaign Reach, Cost of User Acquisition)
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Media
- 1+ Years of experience working for a top tier Marketing agency
- Previous experience running BTL/ATL Campaigns
- Experience in conceptualizing creative social media concepts and campaigns that reflect the Careem values of being bold, fun and cheeky
- Proven track-record of working on successful brands
