Job Description

Performs administrative and office support activities for the Sales team Duties may include handling telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Ensures the efficient operation of all office functions and assist in the smooth running of daily business activities.

  • Prepares and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, end emails.
  • Answers and directs phone calls, maintains contact lists, assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and provides general support to visitors.
  • Interact with other functional/departmental staff to understand all necessary work requirements.
  • Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems to the department.
  • Coordinates and arranges calls, meetings, appointments, special events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce or any related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of Experience in Administration.
  • Real Estate Development background is preferred.
