Planning day-to-day work at the plant and distributing work to maintenance staff.
Organizing employees time in the maintenance department
Issuing instructions, directives and assigning tasks to them.
Supervision and repairing machines used in the production process.
Supervising and working on electrical wiring, installation of panels and treatment of electrical problems.
Supervising and working on the installation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
Identify the requirements of the required materials and equipment for the

Proven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role
Experience in planning maintenance operations
Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
Ability to keep track of and report on activity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
