Job Description

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in Qatar, and other countries based on research.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients, especially in new countries.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Develop an entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Research new market opportunities.
  • Help in branding & creative designs for a strong presence in the market arena.
  • Plan and carry out direct sales and marketing activities.
  • Create opportunities for account growth through deeper client collaboration and interaction.
  • Work on creating strategic allies to strengthen the business image.
  • Find/ create Unique Selling Points (USP).
  • Build up a non-stop process of developing product/services & enhance market position to cope with all political & or, technological changes might arise in the target market.
  • Innovation and support to create a visionary plan for a new service or product.
  • Team leader for incoming projects and give instruction through project assignments.
  • Leads projects/initiatives from conception through to execution and delivery.
  • Provides leadership, support and ongoing guidance to project and support teams.
  • Develop ideas and create offers/ promotions for the major accounts by main business sectors.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual support.
  • Closing Deals & finalizing contracts.
  • Carry out surveys, investigating competitor, and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze requirements; develops these into clear, concise client friendly documents.
  • Maintaining/repairing customer relationship.
  • Business and internal organizational development.
