Job Description

  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations.
  • Conduct interviews, hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Inform Job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, working conditions, or promotions opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources for managerial level employees.
  • Conduct new employees’ orientations.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as complaints or other employee concerns
  • Prepare occupational classifications, Organization chart & Job description.
  • Provide advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints.
  • Observe, interview, and survey employees to collect job, organizational, and occupational information.
  • Manage the performance management system.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of Experience in Human Resources
  • Performance Appraisal background is a must
  • Bachelor degree in any related fields
