Job Description
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards or regulations.
- Conduct interviews, hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
- Inform Job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, working conditions, or promotions opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources for managerial level employees.
- Conduct new employees’ orientations.
- Address employee relations issues, such as complaints or other employee concerns
- Prepare occupational classifications, Organization chart & Job description.
- Provide advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints.
- Observe, interview, and survey employees to collect job, organizational, and occupational information.
- Manage the performance management system.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of Experience in Human Resources
- Performance Appraisal background is a must
- Bachelor degree in any related fields
