Job Summary
- You will be acting as the face of [the software maker] and interfacing directly with customers.

Main Job Duties:
- Lead or support all aspects of customer implementations.
- Define detail project implementation plans.
- Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities.
- Coach and prepare customers for successful rollouts of the applications.
- Ensure effective transfer of information learned in training to the work environment.
- Diagnosis, research and analyze customer issues and requests.
- Develop, track and report key implementation progress metrics.
- Prioritizing and escalating issues when needed and keeping customers informed of progress.
- Assist with data conversions.
- Identify gaps in functionality and work with product management to enhance our products.
- Create and update product and training documentation.
- Support the sales team during the selling and discovery process.
- Develop, scope and estimate implementation projects with the project's Team.
- Learning new releases and functionality in preparation for the next implementation.
- Runs usability tests to make sure those others who use the program will not become confused or encounter problems.
- Creates a handbook and an online help section to accompany the software.
- Helps the client install the software and teaches key employees how to use it.
- They must pay attention to detail as they monitor data and analyze reports
Design customer reports, after analyzing his needs. - Document all customer needs, report implementation activities to project manager.
- He should also be able to manage his time well and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering
- Experience working with computer software programs
- Programming Capabilities is a must (Preferred Ex-programmer)
- Good knowledge of Database, how to write database queries and scripts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong leader who is able to solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Experience required from 2 to 4 years.
