Job Description
- Working closely with the Director of Operations and show team to develop and deliver comprehensive marketing plans and logistical support and graphic design for a variety of events
- Ensuring that attendance levels are achieved through promotion before the show to achieve sales targets
- Generate content to engage the audience will be a key part of the Marketing side of the role.
- Coordinating with exhibitors, speakers and sponsors and answering their queries
- Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire
- Inputting invoices & managing event budgets
- Managing on-site logistics
- Management of the online portal system for exhibitors
- Booking event hotels and flights for team members and VIP guests
- Working with designers to design branding and signage as well as other materials for the event
- Adhoc admin duties
Job Requirements
- Fully computer literate and are confident on MS Word, Excel, Power Point and other applications.
- Excellent communication skills, be innovative and display imagination as well as being self-motivated
- Time management skills, ability to prioritize your workload & work independently as well as a part of the team
- Fluent English written & spoken
- Not less that 3 years experience in events management
