Job Description
- Providing support regarding administrative functions including purchases arrangements, travel and hotel bookings, etc
- Assist in events and meetings planning
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Stock control management
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics to send the products to the customers
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information
- Maintain Company updates on professional social networks (LinkedIn, Glassdoor ... etc)
- Manage the day to day operations of the office
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Females only, with University degree Business Administration Bachelor degree holder is a plus
- Fluent English
- Age 24-30
- Presentable
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be able to handle multitask work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills are highly desirable
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point)
- Ability to be flexible in working hours
