Job Description
- Conduct research & development studies including TNA & Gap analysis to set shortterm training and development plans for stakeholders.
- Coach & manage both senior trainers & trainers to develop and conduct training and development programs in accordance with the company’s guidelines and internal clients’ needs.
- Own the development and revision of training modules and session plans.
- Own the development of best practice regionally and globally.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality training product is delivered in accordance with the training guidelines and needs for internal clients.
- Lead projects, articulating new working practices, offering encouragement, reassurance and support to trainers.
- Encourage the team to think creatively regarding different solutions for operating, maintaining and developing technical and non-technical training programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Fluent English is a must
- From 5 to 7 years of experience in as a Trainer including 2 years in a supervisory role is a must.
- Expertise in Soft Skills and Customer Service training.
- Knowledge of learning tools and learning styles
- Time Management Skills
- Experience in Operations call center /customer care is highly preferable.
- Certification in Training and Assessment is preferable.
