Job Description
- Provide an exceptional, full life cycle customer experience to our users through phone, email and chat support.
- Anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond to ensure an efficient, seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and seamless services to Tyro customers.
- Update customer information during and after each correspondence.
- Gather feedback from users on our website.
- Contact & constantly follow up with potential leads.
- Build a long-term relationship with our existing customers.
- Interact with users on all communication channels.
- Research new methods to enhance the customer experience.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads with little supervision.
