Responsibilities
- Update internal databases.
- Prepare HR documents.
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Create regular reports (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Source candidates by using databases and social media.
- Contact new employees and prepare on boarding sessions.
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field is a plus.
