Job Description
- Undertake implementation of relevant Management Systems procedures.
- Identify and record any quality system related problem and support to continually improve management systems.
- Support department managers /department heads in the implementation and maintenance of systems adherence.
- Spread the awareness of quality management & Food safety management systems required to ensure strong commitment across the company.
- Undertake monthly reports data collection and preparation in line with Management Systems requirements - such as Quality performance Analysis (QPA).
- Support and organize internal quality audits planning and execution and summarize the audit finding to set appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate activities towards raised non-conformance report and ensure the corrective action through implementation.
- Support department heads and managers in preparing the ISO Objectives achievements.
- Assist in periodic data collection and analysis in line with Management systems and management review meetings.
- Prepare the monthly Performance Analysis report with relevant details to indicate the performance of ISO system and submit to management as documented.
- Support in ensuring the right product identification systems across premises.
- Coordinate activities undertaken for external audit preparations with all departments
- Organize and coordinate internal audit planning and execution.
- Generate Zero Claim monthly report, analyze the collected data and propose the needed action plan with the concerned department to fulfill the gaps.
- Update zero claim board data on the shop floor on weekly basis.
- Conduct monthly meeting for concerned department to demonstrate the progress of the zero claim project.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in implementing ISO9001, ISO45001, FSC, BRC & GMP management systems.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in the corrugated packaging industry or Any packaging industry.
- Lean six sigma (green belt) is preferred.
