Job Description

  • Study projects specification and gets involved in project selection.
  • Full responsibility for company offers including instructions for preparation of offers, reviewing offers for corrections and amendments and finally submit offers to clients
  • Supervise the presented submittal to clients.
  • Conduct meetings with clients
  • Evaluate and review contracts and POs.
  • Supervise the full cycle of quotation, submittal, PO release, PO delivery, payment with client and company procedures.
  • Attend all company training and be prepared with questions especially manufacturers presentations.
  • Coordinate with the manager during the manufacturer visits with our company requirements and organize sales meeting with clients.
  • Study projects documents and consultants requirements (vendor list, legend, specs, and BOQ) and presents the most suitable offer from our company range complying with the contractor price requirements.
  • Follow up with contractors and make sure to get acceptance from owner or consultants
  • Visit regularly the clients with samples and catalogs
  • Gain the customers’ acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Follow the company discount structure and delivery structure.
  • Prepare the sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing sales information, and application trends (types and prices of every application) and present it to the commercial /public sales manager
  • Submit the meeting forms to your manager.
  • Achieve the assigned target by the manager quarterly.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Full responsibility and supervision of the sales engineer under your team (meeting forms, vacations, POs, target…etc)
  • Manage and interpret customers’ requirements, and persuade the clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships with customers.
  • Administer the client accounts if needed other duties, analyze costs and sales, prepare reports for head office, meet regular sales targets, record, maintain the client's contact data, and coordinate the sales projects.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process; call upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Education major: Electrical Engineering or architecture.
  • Self-motivated to achieve the company target.
  • Excellent in using computer & internet searching.
  • Presentable & persuasive person.
  • Must own a car.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the projects field
