Job Description
- Study company products.
- Get acquainted with present company profile and company presentations to clients.
- Study projects specifications; get involved in project selection and write quotations under the supervision of a tender specialist.
- Write compliance sheets under the supervision of the tender specialist.
- Go for meetings with the account manager.
- Study contracts and POS.
- Assist in performing the full cycle of quotation, submittal, PO release, PO delivery, payment with the client and the company procedures.
- Provide support to the account manager.
- Contribute to the team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Submit meeting forms.
- Attend all company training and be prepared with questions especially manufacturers presentations.

- Education major: Electrical Engineering or architecture.
- Self-motivated to achieve the company target.
- Excellent in using computer & internet searching.
- Presentable & persuasive person.
- Must own a car.
