Job Description
- Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers, a/c systems, coolers and heaters –diesel generators and UPS.
- Operations & Maintenance of Utility based equipment i.e. Air Compressor, Pumps,Water Supply Network, Waste Water Treatment, Fire Detection & Suppression Systems.
- Experience of handling Shift Operations, its activities ( i.e. Utility Energy Calculation & its Report Preparation), ISO, Preventive & Predictive maintenance.
- Plant modification.
- Ensuring that periodic and preventive maintenance are appropriately scheduled and accomplished and that emergency troubleshooting and maintenance support are readily available as needed.
- Monitoring all maintenance repairs thoroughly so that all replacement parts, as well as any necessary spare parts kept in inventory, are ordered in a timely manner in coordination with Purchasing function.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in utility maintenance within. .pharmaceutical/ medical manufacturing companies.
- Awareness of HVAC System, Fire Fighting & Air Compressor.
- Aware of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 principles.
- Excellent Leadership skills.
- Ability to Coach, Mentor & work under stress.
