Job Description
- Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Saudi Government applicable laws.
- Formulate goals, policies, programs, procedures and work schedules.
- Assign duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to laws, policies and procedures.
- Provide project management, participate in work groups and attend public meetings.
- Apply principles, practices, laws and regulations for planning, zoning, and land development.
- Interpret and analyse legal documents and determines impact of legislation.
- Develop planning concepts and prepare plans, strategies and policies for approval.
- Work with Project Manager and GM of company in planning issues and projects.
- Conduct surveys and field studies, compile data and develop reports for comprehensive, area and project plans.
- Lead development and updates of comprehensive plans, zoning ordinances and area and project plans.
- Provide employee training and development.
- Address errors and complaints.
- Perform related duties as to specific assignments.
- Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution.
- Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, citizens, and others.
- Maintains confidentiality and represents the Company.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of Planning Management field and at least 5 years in purely as Planner position.
- Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering Discipline.
- An MBA in Management is plus.
- Knowledge of the policy & Procedures of Sub Contractor Managements.
