Job Description
Effective and Well Managed Company’s Reception Area:
- Welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business and announcing visitors to appropriate person.
- Monitoring the attendance and keeping updated accurate records to ensure security procedures.
- Accompanying visitors to their meetings.
- Answering or referring inquiries in a professional manner.
- Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of calls, and forwarding calls to appropriate person or department.
- Answering questions about company and providing callers with address, directions, and other information.
Well performed clerical duties in order to maintain EMEC Administration:
- Handling the incoming and outgoing correspondences (including Aramex, FedEx & DHL bills).
- Performs other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Provide administrative services as requested.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Foreign Language: Fluent English Language (Written and spoken)
- Computer Proficiency: Necessary
- Ideal Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in similar administrative job.
