Job Description

Effective and Well Managed Company’s Reception Area:

  • Welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business and announcing visitors to appropriate person.
  • Monitoring the attendance and keeping updated accurate records to ensure security procedures.
  • Accompanying visitors to their meetings.
  • Answering or referring inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of calls, and forwarding calls to appropriate person or department.
  • Answering questions about company and providing callers with address, directions, and other information.

Well performed clerical duties in order to maintain EMEC Administration:

  • Handling the incoming and outgoing correspondences (including Aramex, FedEx & DHL bills).
  • Performs other clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
  • Provide administrative services as requested.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Foreign Language: Fluent English Language (Written and spoken)
  • Computer Proficiency: Necessary
  • Ideal Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in similar administrative job.
