Job Description
- Develops strategy and resources to ensure future supply of qualified employees to meet organization’s strategic objectives.
- Maintains and updates accurate staffing plans for departments.
- perform sourcing , screening and interviewing activities ensuring selecting the best fit for each vacancy
- Responsible for vacant positions management activities and ensuring accurate and updated status records.
- Administers recruitment and selection programs; develops, maintains and updates various selection and recruitment processes.
- Prepares for and attending the employment fairs.
- Receives and registers a variety of applications for various positions including sorting, checking and verifying applications.
- Tracks job applications and applicant data. Participates in the preparation of short lists of suitable applicants.
- Conducts necessary tests for applicants. Administers and scores written and/or performance tests to rank applicants for selection.
- Evaluates the education and experience of applicants according to established guidelines in order to determine each applicant's qualifications and rank applications to select the best qualified applicants.
- Prepares files for potential candidates, includes collecting interview results and other related documents such as education certificates etc. for further recruitment process.
- Maintains storage retention of recruitment files.
- Conducts job analysis as needed to evaluate job value and determine placement within job classification system. Updates job descriptions and specifications.
- Compiles data and creates reports that analyze the effectiveness of recruitment efforts on an ongoing basis.
- Assists the hiring managers with defining clear job skill specifications to ensure appropriate identification of candidates and selection.
- Provides assistance and recommendations on terminations and ensures all legislative requirements are met in these processes.
- Coordinates with direct managers to ensure that the new employees passed the probation appraisal.
- Conducts exit interviews and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- (1) to (3) years of experience in Human Resources with Focus on Recruitment Function
- professional human resources studies (Human Resources certificate /HR diploma ) is an advantage
- Competency Based interviewing technique practice is an advantage
- Experience in Pharmaceutical ,FMCG field is an advantage
- Knowledge of recruitment policies and practices..
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent computer skills.
