Job Description
- We are planning to hire a manager for the academy to join our team.
- The manager plays many different roles here are just a few:
- Establishes policies, manages staff and oversees daily operations.
- Provide a secure environment that promotes learning and development.
- Responsible for recruitment, admissions and arrange for substitutes if needed.
- Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where required.
- Assessment of newcomers to ensure that the child is free from any physical or mental disability that can act as an obstacle during the educational development.
- Coordinate special events, parties, parents meetings.
- Lead by example and adhere by a professional code of conduct and appropriate dress code.
- Attend any other duties relevant to the post.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Females only.
- Previous experience in the same post
- Very good communication skills
- Age is not less than 30 years
- Very good English spoken and written.
