Job Description
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage IT team by, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Assess IT infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
- Manage daily IT operations
- Develop new strategies and IT policies and procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary means
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Follow up on the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department
- Manage user's data and track licenses and technical programs expiration date.
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Follow up on all IT maintenance requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
- Oracle background is essential
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, and other IT related certificates are a plus
