Job Description

  • Manage the Filing system & database.
  • Manage the CEO's agenda.
  • Attend meetings & record minutes.
  • Translate documents from Arabic to English.
  • Handle all internal & external correspondences.
  • Handle follow up tasks.
  • Arrange travel & business meetings.
  • Record office expenditure and manage the budget.
  • Organize the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Attend conferences and training

Job Requirements

  • Language Skills: Excellent in English.
  • Gender: Females
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility to Travel outside Egypt (Europe – Gulf Area) according to business needs.
  • Location: Head Office 6 of October – Arkan Plaza – Elshiekh Zayed.
