Job Description
- Responsible for all the mobilization actions of the new location to establish a proper working location for all team members at the site.
- Follow up the workers’ casual label time sheet to follow up the worker’s attendance in order to make sure they get the compensation needed.
- Make the needed calculations for all the workers at the site in order to deliver the compensation and the salaries to all the worker’s on time after getting the final approval from the Project Manager.
- Follow up the time sheet of all team members in the site in order to send it to the HR department.
- Supervise the Warehouse spec. regarding the documentation and the purchasing and the storage of the needed items in order to make sure all the needed tools are found in the warehouse when needed.
- Revise all the invoices from an accounting perspective and the sub-contractors’’ deductions to make sure that all the calculations are done correctly from the technical office.
- In coordination with the Project manager and the technical Office Engineer, decide the needed materials needed for procurement for the site construction after getting the Consultant’s approval.
- When receiving a procurement order at the site, acts as a part of the committee in order to double check the numbers & quality in coordination with the QC as mentioned in the PO.
- Implementing the PO sent from the Project Manager and Site Technical Office Engineer the after checking the storage in the warehouse.
- Summarize all the project’s costs for a specific time in order determine the forecasted cost for a short upcoming period.
- Follow up the utility’s usage of all the tools and machines at the site (solar usage).
- Plan, manage and follow up the car plan in order to make sure all tasks are covered based on the priorities plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English Language skills.
- Accounting software.
- Warehouse software is a plus.
