Job Description
- Handling any online engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Email, Live Chat) which the average number of message on FB and IG are 480 new messages with no count of the inner replies
- Building a persona for the social media pages
- Creating the tone of voice for any engagement online
- Analyzing what are the issues that customers are phasing on the website in order to make the experience easier on them
- Are captions of the post clear enough to the customers or they need more elaboration or different language
- No technical interfering in social media ads but putting comments on how should it be handled because if I will be responsible for online sales, targeting will be my number one concern.
- Building a concept plan for community page (Content idea, Plan weekly, Concept images, cover photo theme)
- Ideas for educating customers as brand awareness is still not strong
- Highlighting what do we need in the next plan
- Analyzing what is the language that customers need (Arabic or English)
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent English and Arabic writing skills
- Preferable to have a fashion background
