Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintaining and updating files and databases.
- Filing and updating contact information of suppliers and external partners.
- Maintaining electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Handling outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.).
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.
- Frequently checking the levels of office supplies and placing appropriate orders.
- Typing or drafting letters and other documents.
- Conducting Research as well as Searching through the Internet.
- Attending meetings and keeping minutes when required.
- Assisting the organization’s HR function by preparing attendance sheets, arranging interviews and so on.
- Logging or processing bills or expenses.
- Assisting in other administrative responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- Females only
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in English, Microsoft office and Internet search
- Good communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Good organizational skills
- Preferably lives near Heliopolis
- Working hours from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm
- Working days from Saturdays till Wednesdays
