Job Description
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Handling import documentation
- Participate in developing yearly operating budgets and import sales plan
- Publish financial statements in time
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation, legislation, and legal procedures about importing and shipping
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 Years' Experience
- Bachelor degree OF Commerce
- Leadership skills
- Fluent computer skills, Microsoft office
- Excellent command in English
- Have a good knowledge of LC (Letter of Credit) and it's processes
