- Maintain calls and Follow up with leads.
- Contact potential Clients through (Emails-Mobile) to offer them Property Consultancy Services.
- Prepare for meetings , Presentations, company briefing, orientation and site visits.
PROPERTY Consultancy and sales 50%
- Meeting Clients and give them advise about the best recommendations for property investment
- Determine clients needs and financial abilities
- Negotiate about the best paying scheme that suits the client.
- Handling paperwork from presentations purchase agreements, closing statements to contracts.
Building and maintain relationships 10%
- Always seeking new leads
- Study Clients life style getting near to their needs
- Always follow up with previous clients and check their satisfaction level
- Updating data base with new clients and previous status.
Job Requirements
- Experience (1-3) years
- Experienced as sales in brokerage field
Education
- Bachelor degree at least in any relevant studies.
Personal Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Diplomatic, Analytical and Negotiable.
- Very good English language and computer usage
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to work in a team work and in a multi task environment
- Excellent reporting style and organizational knowledge.
- Deadline-Oriented
- Time and Data Entry Management.
