Job Description
Coordination 60%.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Responsible for managing the CIL form (adjust and send to the mentioned developer).
- Manage CRM regarding entering the leads whether manual or as sheets (Managing and entering all the transactions).
- Handling the agent’s attendance as well as filling the right forms when on showing or an outer orientation.
- Following up Social Media campaigns.
- Receive, direct phone calls and customers inquires.
Customer Satisfaction 20%
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Perform customer service surveys.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Track reconciles premiums, and collateral.
Reporting 20%
- Responsible for executing Weekly and monthly reports regarding the team’s performance, all CRM transactions including the sales rate and the number of transactions and leads for every sales agent.
- Handel customer issues and communicates it to management.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Experienced as Sales Coordinator 1 year or more.
Education
- Bachelor degree at least in any relevant studies.
Personal Skills
