Job Description

Avenser Confirmation queue

Main Duties:

  • Handling Australian Customers over the phone for online products
  • The main purpose is to Track the process between the Client and the CUSTOMERS and provide a Avanser global customer experience standards

Working Conditions:

  • 5 working days
  • Fixed Overnight shift ( shifts starts at 12:00 AM – ends at 12:00 PM)
  • Work location is Maadi ( Technological Park)

Benefits:

  • Salary : 3000 EGP
  • Social and Medical Insurance are Provided

Job Requirements

  • Males only
  • Graduates ONLY

  • Preferred experience in the Call center
