Job Description
- Manage the CRM System
- Sending monthly reports to sales director which represent (value of sales for each month, quarter, managers s and ranking of sales)
- Calculate commission
- Controlling and updating Database (SOLD, AVAILABLE, BLOCKED, .. etc)
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
- Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.
- Collecting, analyzing, evaluating and accounting program information in order to
- Help in increasing productivity of sales
- Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Working experience in Sales Administration 2-4 Years
- Good communication skill.
- Advanced Excel Knowledge
- English language is an advantage.
