The customers’ relationship executive will be responsible to achieve the organization’s objectives by building an effective relationship with B2C customers.
Key activities:
- Trigger opportunities in the market.
- Open new leads, prospects and turn them into loyal customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers and build a sustainable and effective relationship with them.
- Manage Square’s social media channels, websites and other e-commerce platforms to achieve sales targets.
- Increase the market share of the company in the B2C market of lifestyle products through Social media and e-shopping websites.
- Attend all events that matching to our industry.
Job Requirements
- Flexible, Sociable, Detail Oriented and Smart person.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, PR & CRM field, preferred in the retail sector.
- Very good in Negotiation, Communication & Presentation skills.
- Familiar with Social Media channels.
- Fluent in the English language.
