Job Description
- Greet customers in a very professional way
- Conduct brief presentation on the company businesses and products
- Talk to customers, find out what they are looking for by asking open ended questions
- Propose a particular product according to the customers’ needs
- Highlight and demonstrate specific benefits by stressing on related features of the product
- Arrange site visits
- Negotiate sales deals
- Explain finance options and special offers
- Processing orders
- Perform after sales service to facilitate everything for the client, and assure total satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 Years experience in Sales, specially in Real Estate.
- Have good relation with high level leads in big Organizations & senior executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer and presentation skills.
