Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, etc.
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Receive Clients' requirements and follow-up
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position is a plus
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft
  • Presentable
  • Client Focus, Client Service
  • Attention to details ,Professionalism
  • graduation degree of reputable university ( MIU,MUST, ACU...etc) or commerce BSc ( English section) governmental university
  • working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Females only
