Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, etc.
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Receive Clients' requirements and follow-up
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position is a plus
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Confident user of Microsoft
- Presentable
- Client Focus, Client Service
- Attention to details ,Professionalism
- graduation degree of reputable university ( MIU,MUST, ACU...etc) or commerce BSc ( English section) governmental university
- working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM
