About the Job
  • Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end.
  • Follow up on the daily operations with technical support team.
  • Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements
  • Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc)
  • Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects. (software/hardware)
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or information systems.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in technical support.
  • Proper administrative knowledge of the Windows operating system.
  • CCNA / MCSA /A+ / ITIL foundation.
  • Previous experience in SAP is preferred.
