Job Description
- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
- Conduct powerful presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
- Generate prospects and manage a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve quota targets
- Build a pipeline across assigned territory through business development and networking initiatives
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Prepare client quotations and proposals
- Maintain active customer records through CRM - Prepare weekly/monthly/ quarterly reports and pipeline forecast for head office
- Meet sales targets and deadlines
- Conduct powerful presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Provide training and support for other members of the sales team.
- Generate demand to grow and maximize sales revenue.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Power).
- 5-year experience in a similar position
- Excellent Selling, Negotiations, and Presentations skills
- Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
