Job Description
- Evaluate client needs, develop configurations that support business processes.
- Define and execute on delivery and implementation plans.
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
- Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
- May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations.
- Work on projects in a support role.
- Work to create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies
- Take staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT engineering
- Require 1-3 years of related work experience.
- Previous experience in financial applications is a plus.
- Highly recommended to have troubleshooting skills with a record of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Command of English & Arabic.
- Ability to think logically
- Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
