Job Description
- Full-time HR Generalist to handle payroll, evaluations, & all aspects related to personnel
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks in performance management
Job Requirements
- With a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
- Excellent Arabic & good command of English.
- Good with people & able to handle pressure.
- Accurate, precise, and has good accounting knowledge is a plus.
- Must have good knowledge of Egyptian Labour law.
