Job Description
- Preparing new computers with the operating system and the needed applications
- Resolving all issues of Computers and Peripherals
- Responding to queries via email, or phone
- Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
- Diagnosing system errors and other issues
- Following up with staff to ensure full resolution of issues
- Running reports to analyze common complains and problems
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
Job Requirements
- Degree in related field (Engineering - Information Systems - Computer Sciences).
- MCSE 2012 OR 2016 Microsoft Certificate ( Must ) A+ & N+ Courses
- Excellent command of English
- CCNA certified- Preferred
