Job Description
- Analyze purchase orders, letter of intents, contracts to define future required material.
- Analyze and act on current product stock availability and future identified needs.
- Discover profitable local suppliers, initiate with them business relations, procure and deliver local materials.
- Deal with international suppliers, procure and deliver international materials.
- Coordinate with different delivery cycle organizations including freight forwarders, clearance agents or governmental organizations.
- Negotiate with different product manufacturers and service suppliers for best price, payment and delivery terms.
- Liaisons with different divisions and departments on various terms, conditions and requirements to ensure smooth and correct product procurement and delivery.
- Stay current on inventory and financial data.
- Stay current on suppliers’ recent updates and product launches.
- Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Supply Chain or any relevant degree.
- 0-1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Good Command of English and computer skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good planning & organizing skills.
- Details Oriented.
- Presentable.
