Job Description
- Meet, greet and assist company clients and suppliers and directs them to the persons responsible
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Responsible for booking and arranging all business travel needs to the staff (accommodation & Transportation).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration or any relevant degree.
- 0-1 year experience in a similar position.
- Good Command of English and computer skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good organizing skills.
- Details Oriented.
- Presentable.
