Job Description

  • Meet, greet and assist company clients and suppliers and directs them to the persons responsible
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Responsible for booking and arranging all business travel needs to the staff (accommodation & Transportation).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or any relevant degree.
  • 0-1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Good Command of English and computer skills.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Good organizing skills.
  • Details Oriented.
  • Presentable.
