About the Job
  • As a SYKES Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the client.
  • You deal with a variety of incoming contacts to the contact center.
  • Document customer interactions effectively
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Work Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts and weekends. (24/7)
  • Social and Medical insurance.
  • Door to door transportation for overnight shifts.
  • Transportation from and to Al Maadi Metro Station.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Fresh Graduates
  • Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to the customer and answering questions)
  • Ability to type fast on a keyboard
