Sourcing, screening, network online & offline with potential candidates and submitting the qualified candidates to company's end clients for various roles. Reduce time-to-hire for company's clients and ensure company attracts the best professionals. Eventually the role evolves to build a strong talent pipeline to support requirements with right candidates in right time and in right cost.
- Handle the complete recruitment and selection process.
- Interacting with clients on regular basis.
- Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies as req.
- Necessary follow up with candidates and clients till the person get onboarded
- Operate as an important link between the client and the reporting manager
- Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship
- Submitting daily and weekly reports supporting the task carried out in an agreed way
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of resources and updating in the tool
- Detailed knowledge of search engine /social mediate to find out suitable candidates
